Artificial grass football pitch reservation
The rental fee for the fields is a flat rate of 15,000 forints per hour.
Fields can be rented in 3-month intervals. In the event of a university function, NKE reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations. Payment must be made before the activity, exclusively on-site at the Ludovika Swimming Pool reception desk, in cash or by credit card. Bank transfers are not accepted! After payment, you must present the receipt you receive at the front desk of the Ludovika Shooting Club! Please note that the cashier’s office closes at 6:45 PM on weekends, and anyone with a reservation for a time after that must also pay the reservation fee by 6:45 PM at the latest. Please let us know in advance if you require an invoice. There is no payment obligation in the event of a reservation cancellation. Due to maintenance work at the swimming pool, the cashier’s office will also be closed from 3 August to 23 August. As a result, the following temporary changes will apply to the payment process:
Until 23 August, all existing court reservations can only be paid by bank transfer. The procedure is as follows:
Please send an email to Kis Mónika (kis.monika@uni-nke.hu), with Kerekesne.Meszaros.Edit@uni-nke.hu, Mate.Tibor@uni-nke.hu, and Nemedi.Tamas@uni-nke.hu copied, including the following information:
- Court reservation date and time (day and exact time)
- Billing details:
- For companies: company name, registered address, and tax number
- For individuals: full name and address
After the invoice has been issued, it will be sent to you by email. The rental fee must be paid by bank transfer using the payment details provided on the invoice.
The court may be used after presenting proof of the completed bank transfer at the reception desk.

The Ludovika Campus has 2 20×40 meter artificial grass football fields, which are surrounded by a ball-catching net and fence in order to ensure uninterrupted sports activities.
